Business Development Representative

with TaskUs, you contribute to revenue growth for the new logo sales team. The BDR team generates qualified meetings for vertical and service line sales teams and navigates complex buying organizations, including Global 1000 brands. We seek sales hunters who enjoy creating conversations and setting meetings with prospects to uncover qualified opportunities and drive revenue, while caring about the company’s overall success and its impact on employees and clients. What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for prospective clients, identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, video, and phone. Dedicate 80% of your day to outbound prospecting to set outbound meetings and generate advanced-stage opportunities. Maintain a rigorous daily focus on outbound prospecting to generate top-of-funnel sales-ready meetings for the field sales team. Immerse yourself in the vertical strategy, with a specific emphasis on the Healthcare sector, driving prospecting to penetrate decision-makers within target accounts. Utilize our tools to log and manage leads and prospecting activities in Salesforce. Partner with data research and insights teams to support demand generation efforts. Leverage prospecting tools and information to create personalized messages tailored to the prospect and organization. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as sales, marketing, business, or economics. Background or prior experience in the Healthcare industry (e.g., HealthTech, clinical services, or healthcare administration) is highly preferred. Positive "can-do" attitude with strong daily effort. Tech-savvy, preferably with knowledge of contact centers, customer service, or AI/ML. Self-starters with a solution-oriented growth mindset and a strong sense of urgency. Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills. Knowledge of the prospecting, sales, and qualification process. Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn, Salesloft, and other sales tools is helpful. Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
