What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead and manage all maintenance and plant operations
Ensure full compliance with CMS, Life Safety Code, OSHA, and state regulations
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and emergency preparedness
Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality and cost control
Conduct safety inspections and support regulatory surveys
Maintain documentation, logs, and compliance reports
Serve on Safety, Infection Control, and QA committees
What We’re Looking For
3+ years supervisory experience
in maintenance or plant operations
Long‑term care or healthcare experience
strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of building systems and safety codes
Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and respond to urgent facility needs
Ability to make independent decisions and manage emergencies effectively
Required licenses/certifications per state regulations
