The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our DT infrastructure aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This position will oversee audit readiness, drive compliance initiatives, and implement risk mitigation strategies across our DT infrastructure landscape.**What You Will Do:*** Lead internal and external DT infrastructure audits and ensure timely remediation of findings.* Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and CMMC.* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support audit activities.* Partner with DT, cybersecurity, risk, and legal teams to meet compliance objectives.* Provide guidance to cross-functional teams and educate staff on compliance standards and best practices.* Establish monitoring to ensure ongoing compliance with DT infrastructure standards.* Report audit findings, compliance status, and risk posture to senior leadership.* Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and track effectiveness over time.**Qualifications You Must Have:*** Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience* Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, and CMMC.**Qualifications We Prefer:*** Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent certification preferred.* Experience with DT infrastructure technologies, including cloud environments, data centers, and network systems.* Proven ability to manage large-scale compliance projects and influence cross-functional teams.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Leadership and team management* Strategic thinking and decision-making* Attention to detail and organizational skills* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration**Work Location**This is a hybrid role, Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.
