Familiarity with Axiom for capital reporting 3+ years of experience in capital management technology, treasury systems, or related financial services roles Translate capital management business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls, including requirement traceability matrices. Proficiency in creating data/process flows and maintaining governance artifacts. Solid foundational understanding of financial products Experience & proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements and maintain traceability. Strong experience with SQL and data analysis across large datasets. Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence. Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness. Prepare test cases and plans; lead triage and QA activities to validate data and system integrity. Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality. Perform hands-on work with data platforms, integration processes, and testing methodologies. Create data and process flows using Visio, Confluence, and similar tools. Utilize SQL for analysis across large datasets and demonstrate understanding of big-data concepts. Maintain a strong foundational understanding of financial products and their impact on capital management. Experience: 3-5 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
