
**Vice President of Global Communications****Shape the Global Voice of Pax8**Pax8 is entering a new era where artificial intelligence, automation, and integration are transforming how small and midsize businesses grow. As Vice President of Global Communications, you will define how Pax8 shows up in the world — for employees, partners, vendors, analysts, and the broader market.This role is the steward of Pax8’s media-facing voice and reputation. You will lead proactive communications that strengthen credibility, expand visibility, and ensure we communicate with clarity and confidence in moments that matter.**What You’ll Lead****Global Communications Function*** Build and mentor a world-class team across public relations, executive communications, internal communications, social and digital communications, and analyst relations.* Establish an operating model that delivers speed, alignment, and consistency across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.**Media Strategy & Reputation*** Lead a proactive global media strategy that strengthens Pax8’s reputation and leadership position.* Own press strategy, media relationships and strategic partnerships, issues management, crisis communications, and response readiness.* Drive editorial discipline: what we comment on, when we engage, and how we show up with credibility.**Own the Pax8 Global Narrative*** Develop and evolve our enterprise-wide story, message frameworks, leadership narratives, and corporate positioning.* Ensure every internal and external message reinforces one unified voice and reflects our strategic direction.**Executive & Strategic Communications*** Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on high-stakes communications.* Lead executive communications for key announcements, major events, investor and stakeholder moments, and internal leadership communications.* Elevate executive presence through strong speeches, bylines, Q&A, and strategic social expression.**Analyst Relations Partnership*** Partner closely with Product & Segment Marketing to shape analyst engagement strategy and briefing programs.* Ensure we show up consistently across research cycles, inquiries, and major market moments.**Partner Communications*** Ensure clear, consistent communication to partners through aligned narratives, message standards, and adaptable frameworks that regional teams can localize.* Work closely with Regional Sales & Marketing, Partner Experience, and other teams to ensure partner communications are timely, accurate, and high-trust.**Internal Communications*** Oversee communications that keep employees informed, connected, and aligned through growth and change.* Establish a clear cadence and channel strategy in partnership with People/HR and senior leadership.**Social & Digital Communications*** Guide corporate social channels, executive digital presence, and strategic digital communications.* Collaborate with Digital Studios to produce content that performs across modern formats and strengthens credibility.**Cross Functional Collaboration*** Partner with Strategic Content (message frameworks), Creative, Product & Segment Marketing, GTM Studios, and Regional Marketing to scale communications globally without fragmentation.**What You Bring*** Twelve or more years of global communications experience in software, cloud, or technology environments.* Expertise across public relations, executive communications, social and digital communications, and internal communications.* Proven experience guiding organizations through transformation, rapid scale, or readiness for an initial public offering.* Exceptional writing, storytelling, strategy, and executive advising skills.* Proven success managing global, multiregional communication teams and agencies.* High emotional intelligence, strong judgment, and calm decision-making in complex or high-stake environments.* Experience engaging tier one media and managing crisis communications.**How We Show Up at Pax8**Our shared behaviors and competencies guide how we work, lead, and collaborate:**Pax8 Behaviors*** **Compassionate Candor** — Give and receive feedback with care.* **We Before Me** — Elevate the collective and seek diverse perspectives.* **Do What You Say** — Take ownership and follow through.* **Light Up Learning** — Experiment boldly and share what you learn.* **Seek to Understand** — Stay curious, open, and deeply engaged.* **Driven by Passion** — Connect your passion to our mission and stay resilient.**Pax8 Competencies*** Growth Mindset* Resilience* Fast Learning Ability* Adaptability* Problem Solving**The Impact You’ll Have**You will define the global voice of Pax8 — shaping how employees understand our mission, how partners and vendors experience our leadership, and how the broader market perceives our role in the agentic future.
