You’ll support teammates across the business with design requests ranging from signage and presentations to marketing collateral, vehicle graphics and internal campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, meeting deadlines and delivering creative work that supports enterprise-level communication and marketing goals. The ideal candidate is collaborative, creative and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Key Responsibilities Include: Design high-quality brand-aligned collateral in a variety of formats (e.g., print, web, signage, presentations, etc.) Support enterprise communications with flyers, displays, signage, emails and newsletters Lead branding and design work for Community & Well-Being campaigns Support the People & Culture team with internal branding and teammate engagement collateral Collaborate with marketing, product and account management to deliver creative for sales support Own design projects from concept to final production-ready assets Liaise with vendors to coordinate printing and ensure quality execution Manage the design proofing and review process Assist with digital design needs for web and social media campaigns Provide visual support for presentations, sales decks and events Contribute to creative campaign planning and execution Track and manage design projects using enterprise communication calendars Participate in meetings to understand project goals and expectations Perform other duties as assigned Education: Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field Experience and/or Training: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience Demonstrated portfolio of creative work across print and digital formats Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) Strong concepting and design execution skills across formats Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently High attention to detail, accuracy and visual quality standards Effective communicator with strong listening and collaboration skills Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and finding creative solutions Able to lead without authority and partner across departments Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel Experience with web design, digital content or video assets Photography or photo editing experience Experience working in a multi-brand, B2B, or industrial environment Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands: Frequent sitting and computer use (50% or more of work time) Occasional lifting of boxes or materials (up to 25 pounds) Occasional walking, carrying or stair climbing Frequent use of fingers and hands for typing and fine motor work Mental focus required for creative problem-solving, project execution and communication Typical office environment with moderate noise level The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between

$60,000

and

$75,000
