Job Overview:
The Sr. Director IT Solutions - Enterprise Finance Systems and Reporting is a strategic technology and business leader responsible for end-to-end ownership of finance technology, enterprise-wide reporting and enterprise architecture standards. This role ensures that technology across finance and the broader enterprise aligns with business strategy, drives LEAN and operational efficiency, supports governance and enables scalability. This role partners closely with Finance leadership including the Chief Accounting Officer and Head of FP&A.
Job Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for all Finance technologies, included ERP, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash Platforms by partnering and advising effectively with Finance
Lead modernization and operational efficiency including cloud migrations, system integration and AI-enabled finance solutions
Establish and govern enterprise reporting capabilities, ensuring consistency and data integrity across financial and operational reporting
Oversee development and maintenance of executive dashboards, management reporting, statutory reporting, and regulatory disclosures
Define and enforce enterprise architecture principles, standards and roadmaps across application, data, integration, and technology layers
Ensure architectural alignment between Finance systems and broader enterprise platforms
Leads the strategy and rhythms for architecture reviews for programs and investments, while balancing technical debt
Lead, coach, and develop high performing teams across finance systems, reporting, and architecture disciplines
Build the next generation of capabilities through talent and governance
Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Education/ Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, Finance or related discipline is required
Experience:
12+ years of relevant IT and Leadership experience specifically in finance domain
Demonstrated experience in leadership of ERP Platforms (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, BlackLine, High Radius)
Experience leading a business through transform of management reporting, via BI or analytical products
Strong people leader and capability maturity experience at the director level & above
Solid experience in leading organizations through change management, adoption of standards and news way of working
Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive influence strong Knowledge in finance systems and processes (FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C)
Ability to create process and process design where none or little exists
LEAN knowledge and practices
Change leadership and transformational delivery skills and knowledge
Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
Work Environment: Hybrid Role:
This position follows a hybrid schedule working in office (1) days per week. The acceptable split between onsite and remote work is determined by the manager. Hybrid associates may choose to work from an office on a more frequent basis than required.
Physical Environment/Demands: Office Roles:
Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephones, and other office equipment in the course of a normal workday.
Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in the completion of job duties.
