Shifts:
Breakfast: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM -
Dinner: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Must Have Prior Cooking Experience
Job Overview You’ll prepare meals following brand standards and recipes, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and assist the Eat Well Director with inventory, rotation, and ordering.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals for daily operations, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards as outlined in the F&B Training Manual.
Safely store food, beverages, and equipment; replenish supplies based on business needs.
Monitor inventory and report low-stock items; assist with receiving and inventory checks.
Support guest dietary needs by delivering
Simple, Natural, and Good
menu options.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed on wellness, nutrition, and brand programs.
Responsible Business Practices
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
Report unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment.
Support sustainability initiatives (Green Engage).
Meet or exceed local health board and brand sanitation requirements.
Qualifications
Valid food handler card or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of commercial cooking experience.
Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong math and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience preparing healthy meals.
Formal training in healthy food preparation.
Physical Requirements
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Stand and move throughout the kitchen.
Bend, stoop, kneel, and climb short ladders.
Handle food, utensils, and equipment safely.
