Jersey City, NJ Synchrony Medicalis a fast-growing medical device start-up based in the US and Israel, dedicated to improving care for patients with chronic lung disease. We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities driving our ongoing US commercial roll-out. Overview

The Field Marketing Manager is a versatile, hands-on marketer who will play a key role in supporting the commercial roll-out of Synchrony’s newly launched LibAirty™ airway clearance system. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, managing events, and executing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is excited to work across a wide range of marketing responsibilities spanning event planning, digital campaigns, and market insights. The Field Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with company leadership to help define and deliver key marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Events & Conferences: Plan and execute national and regional conferences, trade shows, educational workshops, and customer events. Marketing Assets: Create, update, and manage marketing materials including videos, brochures, and presentations. Brand Implementation: Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging, and implement strong brand identity across all collateral. Digital Marketing: Maintain website and expand presence in other digital channels; lead digital marketing activities including email campaigns, social media, and customer outreach. Partnership & Society Engagement: Manage relationships with relevant societies, foundations, advocacy groups, and patient communities. Field Insights & Feedback: Translate market insights and feedback from providers, patients, and partners to actionable inputs to targeting, ongoing product development and strategic initiatives. Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert with deep understanding of the product and value proposition Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to drive successful go-to-market execution. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 3-7 years of experience in field marketing, product marketing, communications, or medical education Proven success in trade show organization Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment and proven ability to work independently, flexibly and globally Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite preferred Familiarity with website content management systems such as Wordpress Travel Requirement
