
Overview
The Art Director (title to commensurate with experience) is responsible for the concept development and execution of engaging creative that is in line with project and brand strategy. This role requires strong visual storytelling skills and meticulous attention to craft and design detail across a variety of media. Responsibilities
Develop concepts, visuals and design for all assigned brands/projects. Partner with Copywriter to develop and share concepts with creative director for approval. Work productively and harmoniously as a teammate with creative and other agency departments that share the responsibility on the given assignment. Present work both internally and to clients. Independently manage priorities and timelines to keep work moving smoothly. Art Director - Campbell Ewald
Education & Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience within advertising or a comparable industry. Highly skilled in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Figma. Experience with Midjourney/ChatGPT/other visual AI systems preferred. Bachelor’s degree in advertising design and conceptual or equivalent work experience. Portfolio school is a plus. Portfolio showcasing creative, conceptual and design abilities across a variety of media is required. Motivated, self-starter with an action oriented and can-do attitude. A desire to push beyond the expected. Capable of juggling multiple projects, sticking to deadlines and ensuring high-quality error-free output.
