Location Location:
Hybrid role based in Chadds Ford, PA. Officially two days per week on-site, with flexibility and a team that values in-person collaboration.
Note:
Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license and at least 2+ years of insurance industry experience in a sales, producer, or account executive capacity.

Job Description
Prospect, network, and hunt for new commercial clients to build a property and casualty book of business
Own the full new business lifecycle including outreach, discovery, proposals, presentations, and closing
Work closely with internal marketing and carrier partners to move opportunities efficiently from quote to bind
Partner with account managers for onboarding and ongoing service so you can stay focused on growth
Develop referral relationships with carriers, centers of influence, and industry partners
Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand accounts as your book grows
Track pipeline activity and follow established agency workflows and systems
Qualifications
Active Property and Casualty insurance license
2+ years of insurance industry experience, commercial preferred
Proven hunter mindset with comfort in outbound prospecting and relationship-building
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain coverage clearly to decision-makers
Organized, driven, and motivated by performance-based compensation
