Design and deliver end-to-end SAP training using adult learning methodologies (ADDIE, SAM). Conduct live, hands-on training across SAP S/4HANA modules (EAM, PTP, RTR, OTC, PS, FSM). Develop training content using SAP Enable Now and manage learning delivery via LMS platforms. Support user readiness and adoption during SAP S/4HANA transformations. Collaborate with business and senior stakeholders under tight timelines. Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA process knowledge and system navigation. Proven experience delivering training to global, diverse audiences. Mandatory experience with SAP Enable Now. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred
SAP Enable Now certification. Experience in large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Background in asset-intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing). Exposure to Organizational Change Management (OCM).
