The Marketing Specialist, Government, Funder & Nonprofit (GFN), supports the planning and execution of global events and ABM campaigns that drive engagement and growth across the GFN segment. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role partners with the GFN marketing team and cross-functional colleagues to manage campaign logistics, marketing operations, vendor coordination, and performance tracking. Serving as a key link between Marketing, Sales, and Product, the Marketing Specialist ensures alignment across campaigns, events, and communications. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple initiatives effectively while maintaining consistent brand execution and optimizing the impact of GFN marketing programs. Please note, this is a REMOTE position but the team would like someone within close proximity to the Metro Washington D.C. area for frequent events. What You’ll Be Doing
Event Management: Coordinate global and local events, including sponsorships, logistics, materials, vendors, and on-site support. ABM Campaigns: Support execution and tracking of ABM campaigns in partnership with Sales and regional marketing teams. Maintain target account lists, ensure accurate lead routing, and support persona-aligned messaging. Lead Management & Reporting: Manage lead intake and routing from campaigns, webinars, and events via CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Track performance and prepare ROI reporting and internal updates for marketing and sales stakeholders. Operational Support & Cross-Team Collaboration: Manage marketing vendors, timelines, budgets, and approvals to support efficient execution. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, consistency, and on-time delivery across initiatives. Support social media promotion of GFN campaigns, content, and events in alignment with brand guidelines. Internal Content & Communications: Prepare internal presentations and communications to support visibility into marketing programs and results. What You’ll Bring To The Role
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or marketing operations (B2B, B2G, or SaaS experience preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and report findings effectively.
