Remote Lead Generation Agent. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. (Cannot reside in CA, OR, WA, or Texas). High‑volume environment with 400–450 calls per day. Uncapped commission with growth opportunities. What You’ll Do
Contact inbound insurance leads using an automated dialer Handle 400–450 calls per day in a high‑volume call‑center environment Verify and confirm consumer‑submitted information Qualify interest and route high‑quality leads to licensed insurance agents Clearly explain next steps and set expectations Document call outcomes and lead status in CRM systems Follow scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining a customer‑focused conversation Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling Strong communication and multitasking skills Call center, inside sales, or telemarketing experience Auto dialer or CRM experience (Salesforce a plus) Experience in insurance or solar sales is preferred Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Average bonuses: $800–$1,200/month, Top performers: $5,000+ per month $100 monthly home office stipend Up to $1,110 income hold + $1,000 attendance bonuses (first 60 days) Weekly and monthly incentive prizes (electronics, gift cards, lifestyle items) Schedule & Training
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM PST Paid training with classroom learning, nesting, ramp‑up, and full production support Growth & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
