Overview
The Sodastream US marketing team is looking for an analyst to support the execution of the Sodastream innovation portfolio strategy in the US market. In this role, you will be a key enabler of the category and business transformation of Sodastream. You will be critical in creating, planning, and implementing the innovation strategy, new product launches and development, and the transformation of the brand into a beverage company. Lead the execution and roll out of end-to-end (E2E) innovation strategy for the Sodastream product categories in the US, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation. Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, global category and commercial and other stakeholders to have a holistic view of innovation plans and implementation. Support developing and executing marketing and GTM strategies to increase HHP and product availability in main sales channels. Lead the integration of PepsiCo categories frameworks into the Sodastream platforms: Machines, Flavors, CO2, and Accessories. Support the development of AOP and brand marketing strategy, exercising analytical rigor to analyze data, incorporate multiple insights, and develop creative solutions to drive the business growth and unlock future growth opportunities. Champion innovation across the organization, identifying new market trends, technologies, and business models that could fuel growth. Assess consumer and competition behaviors to stay ahead of industry trends, product innovations, and consumer preferences. Manage new product launches, including timeline and milestones tracking, and development of GTM and selling materials. Analyze and report innovation launches progress to identify performance and trends, including competitive analysis, risk, challenges, and plans progress status. Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $106,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in marketing and innovation roles, project management, and strategy. Global experience preferred. Proven experience of working with cross-functional teams, driving decision-making, and influencing stakeholders. Experience in overseeing the development and execution of launching plans for new products, services, and activations. Strong written and oral communication skills required with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization. Flexibility to anticipate and adjust to new priorities and program needs. Knowledge of portfolio management frameworks, tools, and best practices. Understanding of retail and e-commerce channels preferred. EEO Statement
