Overview
At Drybar, it's about more than blowouts — it's about
people, culture, and connection . We're built on one simple idea:
No cuts. No color. Just blowouts.
But what truly sets us apart is the
family-like culture
and top-notch guest experience we've intentionally created inside of our shops.
We're seeking an experienced, confident
Shop Manager
who leads from the floor, sets the tone for our shop, and consistently upholds the standards that define the Drybar experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, approaches challenges with confidence, and shows up for their team with consistency, care, and accountability. Our ideal candidate leads by example, supports the team, and ensures every stylist, bartender (aka front desk associate), and guest feels welcomed, supported, and truly taken care of.

Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand shop environment at all times
Manage inventory, supplies, and operational needs to support daily business flow
Collaborate closely with ownership to drive shop goals, performance, and team success
Foster a positive, accountable, family-style team culture rooted in respect, communication, and consistency
