Job Summary
The CRM Coordinator will support the day-to-day management of our CRM and sales enablement operations. The role includes creating, developing and implementing processes, providing end user support, and supporting marketing efforts as needed.
Essential Functions
Assist with lead generation/acquisition and route prospecting leads and campaigns to ticket sales and service teams. Assist with day-to-day data cleansing, data entry accuracy, validation, and data integrity. Develop customized reports and dashboards to measure the success of CRM campaigns and ongoing projects. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users to ensure smooth CRM operation. Assist with building and maintaining automated sales and service campaigns to improve the CRM process. Assist with sales enablement platforms including user and license management, new user setup, roles and permissions. Assist with internal training for new and current users and provide documentation and support guides to maximize adoption for both CRM and Sales Enablement. Maintain data capture instruments for customers, prospects and other external audiences. Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable consumer data regulations.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, etc. 2-4 years of related work experience Experience working with CRM and sales enablement systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Outlook products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new programs Highly organized, detail oriented, quick learner with strong writing and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays Assertive, self-motivated, and a self-starter Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management
Payscale
$21.27 - $25.00
Bonus
