
This position is the main contact for HOLT Crane parts and is responsible for the technical support and sale of parts and attachments to HOLT Crane customers. The incumbent will determine acquisition strategies for Crane Parts, streamline purchasing to leverage vendor opportunities, investigate and recommend process improvements and technology purchases that will improve counter and shop sales functions, and provide training on these solutions to Parts department employees.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) demonstrated alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) collaboration with key internal and external resources; and 3) ongoing self‑development.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of crane experience—hydraulic, rough terrain, and crawler crane experience preferred.
This position requires a self‑motivated, energetic, detail‑oriented individual with good analytical skills.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Familiar with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to work from 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
Additional Requirements
Strong customer service skills both internal and external, including willingness to respond to customers’ emergency parts needs at any time.
Parts counter experience preferred.
Experience with a computerized parts management system preferred.
Must be organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluent in Spanish is highly desired.
A punctual employee with a positive attitude.
