Overview

Delta Defense is the private company that provides Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service for the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA). The USCCA is a SaaS-based membership organization that safeguards life, freedom, and finances for responsible American protectors. We’re embarking on a major upgrade to USCCA’s digital ecosystem in support of our broader mission of self-defense, empowerment, and personal protection. This work includes enhancements to our member-facing website, in-person class/event registration experience, and online acquisition journey. The initiative includes a re-architecture effort (CMS + design system with Figma) to enable faster no/low-code content updates and empower sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver improvements quickly and confidently. We’re seeking a Senior DigitalBusiness Analyst (Contractor) (with potential temp-to-hire) to lead requirements discovery and stakeholder alignment for high-impact, cross-functional digital initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and technical execution, and who can translate ambiguity into structured requirements that teams can build against. The Senior Digital Business Analyst will build strong relationships with analytics, technology, and business stakeholders to understand the customer, vision, business strategy, and operational needs - and then translate that into clear, actionable business and functional requirements. This role will partner closely with project/program leadership and functional business leaders to ensure execution teams (engineering, UX/design, analytics, creative, marketing) have the clarity needed to deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience in digital experience initiatives (website redesigns, replatforming, funnels, portals, mobile apps), is strong in facilitation and stakeholder alignment, and brings a product management mindset Key Details
