Hybrid Sales & Driver Representative
— someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships face-to-face, and supporting operations through both sales and driving responsibilities. This role is
primarily business-to-business sales , with
frequent driving and delivery support as business needs require . What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, field-based role. You’ll spend your time prospecting in person, building partnerships, and representing our brand — while also supporting delivery and operational needs when required. Primary Responsibilities (Sales-Focused)
Conduct
in-person B2B prospecting
and relationship building Target and build partnerships with: Restoration companies Real estate offices Pack-out companies Construction companies Apartment communities Chambers of Commerce and local business groups Visit businesses face-to-face to introduce services and generate leads Attend networking events and community meetings Track outreach activity and follow up consistently Driving & Operations Responsibilities
Safely deliver and pick up portable storage containers using a large truck Assist with loading and unloading containers as needed Drive company trucks to service centers for routine maintenance Support daily operations during high demand or staffing gaps Represent the company professionally with customers during deliveries Work Schedule
Full-time (approximately 40 hours/week) Some longer days (10–12 hours) depending on sales activity and delivery needs Overnight travel may be required (1–2 times per month); hotel provided What We’re Looking For
Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience required Higher starting pay available for candidates with additional sales experience Driving Experience (Required): Minimum 1 year of experience driving box trucks, hauling trailers, or operating similar vehicles Must be comfortable with
frequent driving
as part of the role CDL not required Personality & Skills: Confident, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations Strong in-person communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable Comfortable with outdoor work and physical tasks Expectations: Will regularly balance sales, driving, and operational support Must be dependable and willing to shift priorities based on daily business needs Why Join Our Team?
