Revesco Properties specializes in finding unique, urban-infill development sites in Denver to build projects that are accretive to the neighborhoods by utilizing interesting architectural elements and adding amenities such as retail. Revesco Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust that operates primarily out of our Vancouver, B.C. office, focused on raising Canadian equity to acquire ownership in open-air shopping centers and mixed-use properties in select U.S. markets.

Role Description

Revesco Properties

is seeking a Marketing and Office Coordinator who thrives on variety and takes ownership across the board. You\'ll develop investor communications, create social media content and marketing materials, coordinate corporate events, and manage the operational details that keep our team running smoothly. Working directly with our VP of Operations and Strategy, you\'ll execute marketing campaigns, design polished materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and handle everything from due diligence documentation to team coordination. The right person is a natural problem-solver with a go-to mentality; someone who shifts seamlessly between strategic work and tactical execution, sees what needs to happen, and makes it happen. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing/office coordination role Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Canva is required Experience with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot, is required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to craft clear, professional communications for diverse audiences, including investors, partners, and internal teams Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Notary certification is a plus
