Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Social Media Manager in the development and execution of comprehensive social media and community management strategies for clients owned platforms and L.A. Libations channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audiences.

Create and curate unique scroll-stopping, high quality content including photos, videos, graphics, IG stories, and captions tailored to each clients’ branding and audiences across platforms.

Manage content calendars including drafting posts, sharing with clients for approval, and scheduling, aligning with influencer posting schedules.

Own day-to-day community management for client accounts including responding to comments, DMs, and interacting on relevant community posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Monitor and optimize content and channel performance to exceed client expectations and goals for awareness, engagement and growth.

Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize the performance and efficacy of content and campaigns.

Create and present monthly social media reports for clients, including content performance, growth and recommendations based on data.

Support the Brand and Digital teams in bringing influencer and brand partnerships to life on social media.

Occasionally attend off-site events to capture and post content in real time and post-event recaps.

Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Manager to build out social media shot lists at brand photoshoots.

Own day-to-day communication with clients and brand partners.

Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, digital, influencer, experiential and L.A. Libations teams.

Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure LAV’s clients remain at the forefront of digital marketing.

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, ideally within CPG or beverage brands, restaurant/hospitality, or full-service advertising, marketing, or entertainment agencies

Proficiency in creating content and managing brand accounts across major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Demonstrated success of growing social followings and driving engagement

Proficient in creative and editing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, and Figma

Experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agency or fast-paced environment

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-directed, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly in dynamic environments

Highly organized with a strong creative eye and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing paid social campaigns, including boosting on Meta and TikTok

Familiarity with overseeing and allocating social media budgets

Experience leveraging AI for creative purposes, including photo and video content

This is a hybrid role and our office is located in El Segundo, CA.

The salary for this role is $80-90k. Salary is determined through interviews and a review of candidate experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, L.A. Libations offers a comprehensive benefits program.
