The Role The Product Manager, Customer Experience (Cx) Marketing will support TREMFYA in Gastroenterology across Crohn’s disease & Ulcerative colitis, reporting into the Group Product Director. This is a critical marketing position on the US Gastroenterology marketing team to shape the strategy and execution for these critical indications. The Product Manager, Customer Experience Marketing will be responsible for the development of TREMFYA withMe assets, field trainings, samples and other key workstreams.
You will work closely with a large, cross-functional team across marketing, patient engagement & customer solutions (PECS), portfolio solutions, strategic customer group, sales leadership & field teams. Your external stakeholders are patients, practice staff (bio-coordinators, practice managers) and HCPs.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will lead and execute the strategy to enhance patient support and customer experience. This includes:
Asset Development: Develop and refine core TREMFYA withMe assets in close partnership with PECS
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with PECS, Immunology Portfolio Solutions, and the Strategic Customer Group to analyze coverage and fulfillment data, monitor competitive landscapes, and uncover patient access and fulfillment insights through market research.
Collaborate with PECS to develop tailored strategies, joint value propositions, and innovative tactics to enhance fulfillment, persistence, and customer experience perceptions.
Align messaging, tactics, and fulfillment programs across marketing, sales, and PECS teams to ensure seamless coordination and help HCPs and bio-coordinators support patients in starting and staying on therapy.
Learning & Development: Partner with Sales, Learning Excellence, and PECS to design and implement a comprehensive learning plan that increases field team confidence and understanding of patient support offerings.
Compliance & Oversight: Manage the CAC review and approval process, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements.
Agency & Tactic Management: Oversee Agency of Record (AOR) partnerships to drive marketing excellence and ensure timely, high-quality execution of key deliverables.
Thought Leadership: Support the product director with advisory boards, attend congresses, and participate in scientific sessions as needed to stay at the forefront of patient support and market dynamics.
Qualifications Education: B.A. or B.S. degree required. An MBA is preferred but not required.
A minimum of 5 years of successful business experience is required – preferably in Marketing or Sales, Sales Learning & Development or related fields.
Ability to be creative, action- and outcome-oriented, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight.
Self-starter, highly accountable with strong project planning and organization skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization and with external agency partners.
Previous Immunology marketing or sales experience with an infusion biologic as well as a subcutaneous injected biologic would be helpful.
Strong command of English to effectively communicate value proposition.
This position may require travel up to 30% domestically.
