The Role We are seeking a creative, trend-driven Women's Intimate Apparel Designer to join our growing team. This role will focus primarily on newness and innovation across our intimate apparel brands. The Designer will be responsible for bringing concepts to life—from initial inspiration through final production—while maintaining brand integrity and market relevance. You’ll collaborate closely with product development, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality standards, cost targets, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop women’s intimate apparel from concept to production

Drive newness while refreshing and modernizing core styles

Conduct trend research, competitive shopping, and market analysis

Create original designs, technical sketches, and CADs

Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure quality and fit

Maintain brand aesthetics while responding to market opportunities

Identify product gaps and propose design solutions aligned with company growth goals

Qualifications

Strong design skills including sketching, conceptualization, and presentation

10+ year designing intimate apparel for women

Solid understanding of patternmaking, garment construction, and intimate-specific textiles

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools

Strong trend forecasting and competitive analysis skills

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field preferred
