WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Are you a highly organized marketing professional with excellent writing skills and a knack for managing details? CloserStill Media\'s Learning Guild is looking for a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing initiatives that drive audience growth and engagement for our world-class events and digital resources. Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Director, you\'ll support engagement within our global community of 65,000+ performance improvement professionals. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the dynamic event and media industry. The Role

Email Marketing & Automation: Building email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, setup, deployment, and reporting, utilizing features like dynamic content and multi-step workflows. Create and deploy emails, landing pages, and forms within the marketing automation system. Construct and maintain automated campaigns and programs (e.g., nurture, re-engagement, cart abandonment, new contact creation). Assist with copywriting and editing promotional emails. Campaign Management, Content & Social Media: Partner with marketers to copywrite and execute a wide range of digital and email campaigns to drive awareness, interest, and engagement (including creating landing pages, websites, digital/email copy, and conversion-focused layouts). Assist Guild Marketing Team with developing, setting up, deploying, and reporting on organic social media campaigns. Analysis, Reporting & Optimization: Track progress and improve marketing funnels through analysis and optimization. Identify improvements through research, feedback, best practices, and testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing). Ensure accurate tracking of all marketing activities. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Success in this role will be measured by email and other digital performance KPIs, and the ability to impact marketing performance through reporting. General & Administrative: Develop deep knowledge of the Learning Guild’s key markets, industry issues, trends, and best practices. Perform other related marketing and administrative duties as needed. About You

Experience: 1-2 years in a marketing environment or relevant internship experience. Core Skills: Excellent time and project management, attention to detail, outstanding English grammar and writing, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels internally and with external partners. Work Style: Positive, team-oriented self-starter with initiative, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; embraces continuous learning and a growth mindset. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office; well-versed in popular social media platforms and best practices. Highly Desirable (Huge Plus): Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools; experience with HubSpot or other CMS platforms; experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or other design software. Other Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel 1-3 times a year as needed. Diversity and Inclusion
