Position Summary

The Variable is a forward-thinking advertising agency focused on driving ownable differentiation for our clients. We believe the strongest results happen when brand and performance work together, creating ideas that break through, spend that works harder, and outcomes that multiply. With a dedication to innovation and strategic partnership, we work as true client partners to deliver creative that inspires, strategies that perform, and results that matter. At The Variable, Copywriters aren’t just responsible for writing, they’re responsible for sparking ideas. This role is for a thinker who can turn insight into concept, concept into campaign, and a blank page into a breakthrough. As a Copywriter, you’ll partner closely with Art Directors and Strategists to build ideas that move people and drive results. You’ll write across every touchpoint, digital, social, video, experiential, and beyond, crafting voices, shaping narratives, and helping brands show up in bold, unforgettable ways. You’ll also be expected to work smart: integrating AI tools into your process to unlock faster thinking, sharper insights, and more time for the work that truly matters. If you’re equal parts storyteller, problem solver, and creative collaborator, this is the place to push your craft, and the work, further. Key Responsibilities

Creative Spark: You see possibilities where others see problems—and you turn them into powerful, practical ideas. Strategic Curiosity: You ask the right questions and listen deeply to the answers. You want to understand the "why" behind the work. Collaborative Mindset: You value co-creation and believe great ideas can come from anywhere. Adaptable Voice: You’re confident writing across tones, formats, and platforms—and excited by the challenge. AI-Forward Approach: You don’t just use tools—you use them to think smarter, move faster, and unlock better creative. Qualifications
