
Overview
The Advisor, Corporate Content supports the Communications and Public Affairs Center of Excellence by creating and editing internal and external content across multiple platforms. This role manages content calendars, maintains messaging resources, and supports strategic communications initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do
Create and edit high-quality content for web, social, email, video, newsletters, and executive communications
Manage the content calendar and lead editorial meetings
Maintain messaging documents, glossary, and style resources
Conduct content audits, recommend improvements, and apply performance insights
Collaborate with social media, Brand Creative, and CPandA leaders
Provide occasional support for crisis communications and digital signage
Typical Workload
6-8 internal stories/month
1-2 external articles/month
3 executive communications/month
2-3 content meetings/month
Required Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Bachelor's degree
5+ years communications experience in enterprise environments
Strong writing/editing and attention to detail
Experience with Canva, SharePoint, Monday.com (or similar), and AI tools (Copilot, Axios HQ, etc.)
Video scripting/production experience preferred
Preferred
Degree in Communications/Journalism/PR/Marketing
10+ years experience, strong internal communications focus
Graphic design and presentation skills
Proven ability to execute and measure integrated communications programs
