
NSF is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist (Hybrid Ann Arbor) to join NSF’s Assurance organization, primarily supporting the rapidly expanding InfoSec Certification and Auditing team. You’ll be working on marketing campaigns to reach a broad spectrum of B2B audiences including defense, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing, covering a range of certification-related services, including ISO management systems, to enable organizations to continually improve.
Responsibilities
Performing all operational tasks related to the division's presence at selected events, trade fairs and conferences in North America.
Assisting in campaign creation and activation.
Assisting in the creation, planning and management of content for social media.
Assisting in the maintenance and updating of the company website.
Analysing campaign results and implementing and measuring digital marketing metrics for the Division, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media.
Conducting research on customer behaviour and trends and reporting to management.
Design marketing materials for online and print campaigns as well as working with outside agencies and designers.
Monitoring and compiling the results of each campaign implemented by channel and reporting in a timely manner.
Updating campaign plans so that strategic marketing and sales can view and track the status of each campaign by channel.
Taking the initiative to develop new ways of addressing customers, contributing innovative ideas for new marketing channels through partnerships and collaborations to expand the customer pipeline.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
2+ years executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
Knowledge and experience of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce).
Strong project management, attention to detail, and brand stewardship.
Experience with digital marketing tactics and performance reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative, proactive, and highly organized.
Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and keyword research.
Experience with Account‑Based Marketing (ABM).
Understanding of brand positioning and ISO Management Systems.
Experience working across regional markets or in matrixed organizations.
Interest or experience in cybersecurity services.
Fluency in another language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese).
