IDC, a global leader in technology market intelligence, is seeking a Principal Graphic Designer to join our team in Gurgaon, India. What You’ll Do

Responsible for developing and implementing effective new HTML templates and email adverts, social media banners, and print artworks for all events (rollups, agenda banners, hanging banners, etc.). Video editing for promotional videos and social media promos. Present and defend your design decisions based on the overall design roadmap, your design thinking, and fundamental principles (e.g., color theory, visual weight) in line with IDC’s brand guidelines. Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in industry standards. Collaborate and liaise with PMs and coordinate content; design for in-person and digital graphics requirements. Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Provide recommendations on layout and design to help improve visual media. Revise media based on client feedback and internal QA processes. What You Bring

Hands-on experience creating wireframes, mockups, storyboards, user flows, icons, and responsive layouts for different platforms and screen sizes. Excellent hands-on experience with tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, and After Effects. Three or more years of experience in graphic design for web-based applications. At least 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer in a busy, dynamic office with experience in an industry requiring fast turnaround times. Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview. Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English. Able to multi-task and have excellent organizational skills. Able to decipher briefs quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication skills; ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate should have original ideas, be open to learning more, create impressive designs, and have a keen eye for detail. Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field is preferred. 3D and AutoCAD knowledge is preferred. Why This Role Stands Out
