
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal deal teams and external clients regarding marketing and account-related initiatives
Develop and manage marketing materials including pitch books, presentations, transaction announcements, and client communications
Coordinate branding, messaging, and positioning across all client-facing materials to ensure consistency and compliance
Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and quality standards are met
Partner with senior bankers to support business development efforts and client relationship management
Oversee coordination with external vendors, designers, and printers as needed
Track project status, prioritize requests, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
3–6+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or client services; experience within financial services or investment banking strongly preferred
Proven experience supporting client-facing teams and managing multiple accounts or projects in a fast-paced environment
Prior exposure to professional services, finance, or regulated industries preferred
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM or project management tools; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to exercise discretion and professionalism
