As a Sales Engineer, you are
the first and most crucial link in our customers journey.
You convert commercial opportunities into projects and ensure that every retailer receives a solution that is functional, technically sound and fully customised.

Generating new business within the retail sector:
You introduce Gondella, listen to the needs and, as a trusted partner, contribute ideas for relevant solutions. Together with customer service and the engineering team,
you draw up strong and well-thought-out quotations
so that customers choose Gondella with confidence. Building strong, lasting relationships is key. You ensure
open and honest communication
at every stage of the project. You work closely with engineering, customer service and production
to deliver each project correctly and on time. You are the spoc for new and existing customers and remain so after delivery, managing the entire relationshiop from initial contact to long-term follow-up. Strong commercial skills
and around
5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
Ideally with sales of products in our sector or target group. We hire for attitude!
Independent, empathetic, customer-focused, structured and driven by results. You have
an affinity with retail and a flair for technical insight.
You are
naturally curious , which allows you to quickly familiarise yourself with our products and clearly communicate their added value to customers. You are
proficient with digital tools
such as Excel and PowerPoint: experience with ERP-systems (such as Business Central) is a plus. You
speak fluent Dutch and French
and have a good knowledge of English. What we offer you:
