The Tennessee Titans are seeking an AV & Broadcast Technology Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Production, Broadcast & Technology team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth.
This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.
Responsibilities
Assist in Production and Broadcast workflows including control room and studio operations and logistics.
Coordinate and assist in AV for Special and Major events from planning, setup and operation.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of Production, Broadcast, and AV equipment.
Assist in control room operation for live capture or broadcast transmissions.
Coordinate and distribute parking passes, credentials, and other production materials critical to operational success.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Production, Broadcast, AV, Technology, or related field preferred.
Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook required
Experience in production software and hardware including QSys, Dante, xPression, Kiva, Dashboard, Dante, Switchers, Cameras preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment installations and maintenance
This is an in-person role located in Nashville, TN
