Overview

The Account Manager, Men's Health - Miami (Remote In Territory) will be responsible for engaging healthcare providers and other key customers within an assigned geographic universe, communicating clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue, and consistently delivering product goals. We expect strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations related to product goals. The position requires compliance with Tolmar policies and all regulations governing the promotion of pharmaceutical products in the US. Candidates must reside in the Miami, FL area. Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional colleagues, field-based teams, and home office personnel to address customer needs, market dynamics and trends, and develop strategies that support brand and corporate objectives within the assigned geography. Participate in and help lead initiatives to support sales success (e.g., industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills and proven strategic thinker. Highly organized with strong follow-up skills. Negotiation and selling techniques with demonstrated accountability in executing sales plans. Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product information. Highly motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects inside and outside the organization. Ability to work with multiple interruptions and tight deadlines. Ability to execute effective business plans for the assigned territory and develop working relationships with internal and external customers. Ability to take initiative in the absence of precise direction and to demonstrate good judgment and compliance with industry ethical guidelines. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related field 2 or more years of successful B2B sales experience Experience with in-servicing and training office staff, nurses and office managers Working Conditions

Office environment; requires sitting and standing. Overnight travel up to 50%. Ability to lift 50 pounds; travel by air as required. Availability to work extra hours and on weekends as necessary. Compensation

The compensation program is focused on equitable, market-based base pay and a strong benefits package. The final compensation offered may vary based on qualifications and experience. The pay range at commencement of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $105,000 per year; ranges may adjust during the period due to market conditions. Final pay determinations depend on factors including geographical location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. About Tolmar
