About this Role Kind Capital is seeking a mission-aligned, entrepreneurial individual to join their advisory team as a Contract Impact Investing Associate. In this role, you will collaborate directly with senior leadership on impactful projects, encompassing areas like sourcing, due diligence, research, investment analysis, and client engagement. Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior team members on sourcing, screening, and due diligence of investment opportunities

Draft compelling investment memos and presentations for client boards and leadership

Support senior team with project management and communication on advisory assignments

Conduct research and data analysis for thematic and deal-specific initiatives

Engage with portfolio companies to support their strategic growth

Help expand KindCap’s deal-sourcing network

Contribute to the company’s social media and marketing strategy

Represent KindCap at industry events and conferences

Uphold the firm’s mission and brand in interactions

Requirements

2–7 years of relevant professional experience

Financial modeling expertise; Excel power users encouraged to apply

Prior Wall Street investment banking analyst/associate program or venture capital experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized with attention to detail

Experience developing investment decks and memos

Possess deep curiosity, humility, and a strong sense of purpose

Ability to thrive autonomously with minimal oversight

Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience in private investing, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring

Series 7, 63, and 65 are a plus; willingness to pursue if required

Great sense of humor
