As the main point of contact for commercial clients, you will:
Provide top‑tier service with confidence, professionalism, and genuine care
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and carrier partners
Strategically market and negotiate renewals to deliver exceptional value
Keep the agency management system up‑to‑date with detailed, accurate documentation
Collaborate across teams to support client success
Help develop and support less experienced team members
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent
Property & Casualty License
3+ years of Commercial Lines experience (independent agency preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong multitasking, accuracy, and prioritization skills
Self‑motivation with top‑tier organizational abilities
Background in risk management and/or sales (a plus!)
Natural negotiation skills
A team‑oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive workplace
Experience to mentor and collaborate within the Commercial Lines department
Willingness to sign a Contingent Signing Bonus Agreement
