The Assistant position at Troon North directs the day to day operations for one of our championship courses as well as collaborating on the long term plan for our maintenance program. This position is highly visible and is expected to be a stepping stone for a future superintendent role. Troon Golf manages high end resorts, country clubs, and member facilities throughout the world. The ability to relocate is desirable and will offer a more optimum career progression.
