Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.Bank Julius Baer is building a Global CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) Platform to be used in all its Processing Hubs and Booking Centres for Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management. The Product Owner owns the vision of a (set of) distinct CLM product(s), leads – jointly with the Scrum Master and the Lead Developer - a development team in an agile environment and manages the development as well as the maintenance of the owned product(s). The Global CLM Platform is a multi-year program built in-house and includes processes like Partner and Account opening, KYC, Lead & Prospect Management, Client Investment Profile, Periodic Client Reviews, Client Risk Management and Document Management, in accordance with global business needs and local regulations. The Product Owner of the Global CLM Program will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and supporting the build as well as the maintenance of desirable, feasible and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product lifecycle. To this end, the Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the capabilities and the overall demand within the respective agile development team. Successful candidates have previous experience of implementing Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management processes and platforms, possess technical knowledge of CRM applications, an innovative mindset, are accomplished Product Owners for medium to large projects. They are able to deal with ambiguity, drive for results, demonstrate courage and possess good decision quality. They are able to work with stakeholders remotely, create strong relationships and work effectively with scrum teams in Singapore, Switzerland, and Europe. The role will be located in Singapore.## **YOUR CHALLENGE****Delivery Responsibilities*** The vision and roadmap for the owned product(s) and optimisation of value across the end-to-end lifecycle aligned to Bank Julius Baer’s business strategy and priorities* The construction, ownership and prioritisation of the product backlog - both Change-the-Bank (CtB) and Run-the-Bank (RtB) – aligned to business strategy and priorities* Definition, prioritisation and implementation oversight for the Features and Stories in line with Initiatives prioritised in the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process* Relevant RtB topics (e.g. SLAs, incident and problem mgmt., audit items)* Management and optimisation of the Change-the-Bank (CtB) and Run-the-Bank (RtB) team capacity* Ensure appropriate involvement of relevant business stakeholders throughout the whole project lifecycle**Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management*** Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations**RANK*** Executive Director## **YOUR PROFILE****SKILLS REQUIREMENTS****Personal and Social*** Excellent (functional) leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Analyse, prioritize, resolve issues and take decisions during challenging times* Experience working in a global environment with distributed teams**Professional and Technical*** A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* Proven experience as a Product Owner in software delivery projects* Strong understanding of Agile methodology (e.g. SAFe) and experience of partnering with IT in a Scrum set-up* Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile project management tools* Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering as well as technology and software development* Strong stakeholder management skills* Experience in finding operational synergies and performing impact analysis on business models, tools and processes* Experienced in working with DevOps* Experienced in applying testing methodologies, especially functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)* Experience in the private banking and global wealth management industry with strong delivery record is a plusWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
