R106430**About The Business:****About The Role:**The Business Development Executive will acquire new customers as we continue to grow rapidly in Turkey. You'll be responsible for prospecting and growing revenue within a defined geographic market. The role will require close collaboration with the regional sales team to maximise revenue opportunities. Travel will be required to support customers and attend industry events.**Responsibilities:*** Identify and engage new B2B clients across Turkiye.* Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, event participation, and other innovative approaches.* Manage and convert inbound leads within your assigned territory.* Lead consultative sales processes, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responses to tenders.* Clearly communicate the value proposition and use cases of the product portfolio.* Negotiate, draft, and finalize sales agreements.* Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, competitive landscape, and new product developments.* Maintain a healthy and up-to-date sales pipeline.* Accurately document client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM.* Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Gong to enhance productivity and insights.**Requirement:*** Proficiency in both Turkish & English* Demonstrated experience in B2B business development.* Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.* A university degree is preferred; advanced or technical degrees are a plus.**We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
