Our North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Marketing Teams are responsible for marketing and growing a portfolio of brands – ensuring that each brand connects deeply with local consumers in ways that scale globally.

What You’ll Do For Us

Leadcustomer marketing for assigned customer

Represent the Category Organizational Unit (OU) platforms/programming/innovationto the customer and customer team

Responsible for leading marketingfor ourspecificcustomersby amplifying the plansand creating differentiated marketing path to purchase platforms

Responsible for engaging with customer team andleveraging our Collaborative Business Plans and Coca-Cola Customer Commitment

Collaborate with IMX and a group of creative marketers toenable irresistiblecustomer marketing, as well as, working with IMX connections to drive compelling media/digital marketing

Focus on long term(3-5year) market and customer marketing platforms

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degreerequired; MBA or other graduate degreepreferred

5 or moreyears of experience required, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry or sports business; 10 or more years preferred

Experience leading and being a part ofcross-functional teams

CustomerMarketing Experience

Shopper Insights, Multi-Cultural Marketing, Annual Planning, Sustainability

Selling experience and collaborating for value

Significant customer marketing and business analytics

Financial Management Experience

Significant Creative Experience inclusive of working with or for creative shopper agencies

Digital & Social Knowledge & Experience inclusive of customer media platforms

Predominant role is to collaborate with theCategory Leads,Customer Leadership, Connections and IMX and then inspireour customers andsystem (i.e.OU’s, Bottlers and Customers)with our category platforms

Predominantly shared interests butthere is work to do to align with bottlers andcustomer teams to win with key category initiatives
