SAM II sits on the CTV Publisher Account Management team. This role is responsible for managing and growing their own book of business from Nexxen’s strategic CTV publisher accounts, including streaming platforms, broadcasters, and vMVPDs. This role requires advanced strategic thinking, strong networking capabilities, exceptional presentation skills, and data analytical expertise to interpret performance metrics and inform decision‑making. The individual will work on complex problems of diverse scope, applying creativity and sound judgment to deliver solutions that drive client success and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Publisher Solutions, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional account management – supporting onboarding, day‑to‑day operations, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and proactive recommendations that maximize partner value from Nexxen’s platform and tools. What you’ll do
Own all aspects of post‑sales account management, from onboarding through ongoing optimization. Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, ensuring timely issue resolution, clear communication, and strong relationship management. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and client objectives. Troubleshoot technical, operational, and delivery‑related issues, partnering internally with Product, Engineering, and Publisher Solutions to resolve root causes. Gather and analyze performance data to monitor account health and identify optimization opportunities. Develop an understanding of each account’s strategy and provide recommendations for how to best leverage Nexxen’s SSP offering and tools. Support the integration of new publishers or broadcasters onto the Nexxen SSP platform and manage all post‑launch activities. Provide strategic consulting on inventory optimization and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to help partners improve yield and performance. Use data and metrics to guide recommendations on product usage, optimization strategies, and value‑add features. Work closely with Product and Engineering to support existing partnerships and surface new product requirements or enhancements. Deliver accurate monthly forecasting and performance updates to internal stakeholders. Minimum Required Skills/Education/Experience
3+ years of account management experience in a client‑facing role, dealing directly with Publishers. A solid understanding of programmatic digital advertising, including multiple formats such as display and video, in particular, in‑stream and OTT/CTV video, and working across SSPs and DSPs. Inner drive and hustle to open new doors and opportunities. Experience in taking ownership of account management (post‑sales). Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities. Advanced presentation and communication skills. Analytical, able to solve problems, articulate solutions, and analyze and report upon data. Ability to communicate directly with internal and external partners to offer support and solve problems. Bachelor’s degree. In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full‑time annual base salary for this role is $95,000 – $115,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company‑paid holidays.
