Reporting to the Assistant Director of Constituent Management, the Constituent Management Specialist II is responsible for supporting Records Management operations through foundational data maintenance, routine duplicate and deceased record processing, low-risk interim processing, and customer service support. This role will provide a structured learning environment with progressive responsibility while ensuring strict adherence to UTFI data governance policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
