The Marketing and Communications Content Senior role provides a unique and exciting opportunity to develop communications and provide strategic input for industry leading technology and solutions in the mortgage industry.

Your Impact: In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted operational and support function to our marketing and communications team. Key responsibilities include:
Plan, develop and implement data‑driven marketing communications, with a focus on digital channels, promoting company products and solutions to further business objectives.
Develop communication tactics, including web page content, digital advertising, social media, email, thought leadership and event materials.
Prepare internal materials including promotional strategies, communications plans, campaign results, etc.
Apply marketing and communications principles, theories, and concepts consistently and strive for progress and growth.
Develop knowledge and expertise for various business lines and manage projects through to completion including measuring impact and efficacy.
Act as the principal contact for business partners and SMEs.Gather the necessary information to solve problems of sizable scope and distill complex business processes and requirements into consumable content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
5‑7 years experience writing business communications across channels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using written, visual, and audio communications across a variety of in‑person and digital platforms
Experience using social media for business marketingExperience testing marketing and communications principles
Strong customer service orientation along with outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and editing skills
Decisive in the face of ambiguity Comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of leadership

This position has an annualized market‑based salary range of $94,000 - $142,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
