Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone, text, and email to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle options
Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and maintain consistent communication to keep customers informed and engaged
Schedule sales and service appointments that drive store performance and customer satisfaction
Update CRM records accurately and efficiently to support seamless customer experiences
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure strong handoffs and successful outcomes
Stay informed on inventory, promotions, and product knowledge to provide confident, helpful guidance
Qualifications
Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence
Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
A motivated, goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers
