Our customer is seeking a result-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager that plays a crucial role in managing commercial client relationships with a focus on retention and renewal. This proactive and strategic role supports business development efforts in partnership with the Producer, ensuring exceptional client service, negotiating coverage terms, and maintaining strong carrier relationships. Responsibilities include policy management, coverage analysis, client communication, and mentorship of junior staff. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent oral and written communication abilities Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., formula application & creation) Project management capabilities Client service and negotiation expertise Industry knowledge in carrier underwriting, pricing, and coverage trends Ability to work independently and collaboratively Skills Preferred: Ability to conceptualize and implement process improvements Experience mentoring junior team members Job Requirements Experience Required: 3+ years of insurance account management experience

required Experience with commercial lines insurance policies and procedures Proven success in a client-facing role managing complex service issues Experience Preferred: Experience conducting renewal presentations Experience handling compliance review for certificates and contracts Education Required: Bachelor's degree (preferred) Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
