What We Are Seeking Dickerson Agency, Inc. is seeking a full-time experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who is motivated and brings both insurance knowledge and a client-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lines, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly. We value team players who think strategically, work collaboratively, and bring fresh ideas to help us continue delivering trusted insurance solutions with integrity and care. We would love someone who is tech savvy and not camera shy, who can deliver excellence in their account reviews and quote proposals, and isn’t afraid to ask for client’s other lines of businesses or selling opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and maintain strong relationships.
Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits and claims-related service.
Conduct proactive account reviews and risk assessments.
Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing account coverage.
Track tasks and communications
in Hawksoft, Sembley
and
CRM .
Coordinate marketing and remarketing efforts with carriers.
High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
Minimum of 5 years of Account Manager experience in Commercial Lines with an
independent
insurance agency
Ability to work Full Time (40 hours per week) and on a schedule based on Eastern Standard Time
Preferred Skills
License: Property & Casualty (Georgia)
Management System: Hawksoft & Carrier Rating Systems
Computer Skills: DocuSign, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom
Additional Language Skills: Spanish
