The Performance & Continuous Improvement (SSP) Specialist function is responsible for deploying, coaching, and overseeing the successful adoption of FOX (Ferrero Operational Excellence) continuous improvement programs in the plant including: AM (Autonomous Maintenance), Kaizen, SMED, 5S, and RCA (Root-Cause-Analysis).
In addition, the function is responsible for deploying digital solutions (Smart Factory) within the plant and providing project management support on strategic projects when needed.

The role of the Performance & Continuous Improvement (SSP) Specialist is to partner with the production and maintenance teams in analyzing losses and leading projects to improve the performance of the production unit (safety, food safety/quality, OEE/scrap).
The SSP Specialist must influence the various plant departments, through effective change management and collaboration, the effective deployment and sustainability of FOX and digital tools at the shopfloor.
The SSP Specialist should conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance continuous improvement competency and project management skills throughout the plant and when necessary, back-up the SSP Manager.**Artificial Intelligence Disclosure**
