YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY: The National Business Development CRM Business Analyst plays a key role in sustaining, optimizing, and driving adoption of the organization’s CRM platform. Acting as a strategic liaison between business units and IT, this role is responsible for end‑user support, documenting enhancement requirements, overseeing change management activities, and leading data quality initiatives. The analyst will maintain a strong working knowledge of the CRM database, the business groups it supports, and the related operational workflows, procedures, and objectives. This position serves as a primary resource for CRM‑related needs—including data stewardship, planning and integration efforts, special projects, and reporting—while fostering strong partnerships across business teams and technical stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Oversee ongoing data quality management and system maintenance.
Monitor and maintain CRM data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Support data cleanup, validation activities, and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform daily CRM administration (user setup, training, production support, troubleshooting, and data maintenance).
Collaborate with Business Users and IT to gather, analyze, and document requirements for CRM enhancements, offering technical guidance where appropriate.
Support communication, training, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of new features, system improvements, and issue resolutions.
Maintain up-to-date versions of manuals, templates, and training resources.
Assist in managing functional areas related to data governance and reporting.
Partner with business units, the CRM team, and IT to refine workflow processes, establish standards, and drive system efficiency.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Attention to detail and diligent follow‑up skills
Effective oral and written communication to define problems and present solutions
Comfort and ease in building positive working relationships
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
0‑2 years of professional experience
1+ years of CRM experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing or related field
Bootcamps and certifications demonstrating consistent continuation education.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
TRAVEL:
Up to 15% travel required.
COMMENTS: Position interacts with multiple departments and requires strong collaboration skills. Quality of effort can greatly impact corporate image and workload.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
