What You’ll Do
Manager,
Corporate Strategy & Planning
partner to the executive team in developing technology‑enabled initiatives aligned with the Bank’s Strategic Plan. Focus on Specialty Escrow Deposit LOBs—Digital Assets, HOA Banking, Juris Banking, and other Specialty Escrow lines.
Partners closely with the Corporate Strategy leadership team and line‑of‑business executives to support the development & execution of the bank‑wide Strategic Plan utilizing data‑informed business insights.
Aligned to one of the bank’s Chief Banking Officers to support their strategic priorities for the Bank, develop their annual strategic plans, and proactively identify issues to help mitigate enterprise risks.
Partners with LOB Leaders to help identify, assess & lead strategy projects, gathered from the Strategic Planning process, to enhance business performance and drive shareholder value.
Serves as a Strategic Business Partner to the Head of Digital Assets to define & advance the bank’s Digital Asset Strategy, maintaining a pulse on the evolving crypto industry to support aligning enterprise capabilities with market trends to shape the LOB Product Roadmap & deliver differentiated customer value.
Drives growth strategy by partnering with business units and technology teams to execute strategic initiatives for technology‑enabled deposit solutions (HOA banking, Juris Banking & Corporate Trust). Serves as a key liaison to align priorities, identify critical investments, and accelerate business expansion.
Fosters stakeholder relationships with Corporate Support Functions (Product, Risk, Marketing, HR, & Operations) to drive alignment and enhance business execution that drives growth efforts for the LOB leaders.
Gathers market research and related analysis to define target markets around potential transactions for organic or inorganic growth opportunities based on evolving environment & industry landscape.
Supports the LOB’s Quarterly Business Review meetings to ensure alignment of business initiatives, KPI’s, KRIs, Execution Risk, Operational Plans, and financial planning towards the bank’s Strategic Plan.
Provides advisory on relevant trends, emerging technologies & insights from the banking industry to ensure proper alignment of communication to deliver enterprise‑wide business solutions.
Comfortable with a 10‑15% travel schedule to attend off‑site executive planning sessions and various banking & industry‑aligned conferences to gather industry insights.
What You’ll Need
6+ years of relevant experience through management consulting, strategy consulting, or internal strategic planning / strategy within the Banking industry – MBA desired.
Experience driving large initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research / analysis to building the business & operational plans to drive Digital Asset, HOA Banking, & other Specialty Escrow strategies forward.
Practical expertise across payment rails (ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP) integrating within the digital asset ecosystem.
Experience creating & presenting executive‑level PowerPoint presentations for executive stakeholders while managing ambiguity throughout the creative process.
Experience with market intelligence data gathering tools such as S&P Global; various Govt & Global databases.
Entrepreneurial and proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions utilizing your strong business acumen and analytical problem‑solving skills to help inform decision‑making for senior leaders.
(A Plus) Familiarity with financial evaluations, corporate finance / acquisition modeling, due diligence, and various valuation methodologies for organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
Compensation Salary range for new hires generally $170,395.00 - $218,495.00 for New York, NY. Salary range for new hires generally $159,745.00 - $202,478.00 for San Diego, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
