Part-Time Social Director
Location:
The Falls at Landen Apartments- Maineville, OH
Office Hours:
Part-time (up to 20 hours per week) Some Saturdays required
Pay Rate:
up to $17 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and bonuses
Community Size:
224 units
What You Will Do In this role, you will support resident engagement and leasing operations by coordinating community events, managing communications, and assisting with leasing activities. You’ll collaborate with vendors, maintain accurate records, and help create a welcoming, well-organized community experience.
Plan and coordinate social events based on resident interests while staying within the established budget
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including lifting tables, chairs, and coolers
Negotiate with outside vendors (caterers, entertainers, etc.) and submit contracts for final approval
Prepare the community newsletter, including resident interviews, event photos, and upcoming announcements
Oversee the content and accuracy of the community website
Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments using the Signature method
Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects as needed
Review and explain lease paperwork and community rules to new residents
Ensure lease paperwork is complete, accurate, and approved by the Community Manager
Accurately enter traffic, move-ins, and leasing data into the Yardi system
Who You Are You are an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys balancing event planning, customer service, and leasing responsibilities. You bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and attention to detail.
Minimum of one year of experience in multifamily leasing, event planning, or sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and coolers for event setup and breakdown
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service abilities
Meticulous with strong time management and multitasking skills
Experience showing properties, overseeing lease negotiations, and managing application processes
Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
Cheerful outlook with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
