We’re partnering with a well-established, fast-growing omnichannel retail brand to find an
Email / Digital Designer
for a
contract-to-hire
opportunity on their in-house creative and retention marketing team. This role sits at the center of a performance-driven retail business—designing high-impact promotional emails that support both a thriving ecommerce platform and a nationwide physical store footprint. You’ll collaborate closely with a Retention Marketing Manager, Senior Email Designer, and cross-functional creative partners in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where design directly influences engagement and revenue. What You’ll Do Translate creative briefs and copy into visually compelling, high-performing design Design and maintain responsive email templates while adhering to brand guidelines Partner with marketing and creative teams to support ecommerce initiatives Update homepage and product pages as needed Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-volume retail setting What They’re Looking For Strong experience designing
and coding emails
(HTML/CSS) Proficiency in
Photoshop, Illustrator, XD , or similar tools Solid understanding of
responsive email design
and web UI/UX Strong eye for brand consistency and visual storytelling Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment Experience with
Litmus or Zeta
is a plus, not required
